Purchase & Shipping Policies
Delivery and Post Within New Zealand
We usually use NZ Post courier service for fast delivery to all cities and towns around New Zealand. Delivery to rural areas is by NZ post rural service, a slower service that may take up to three or four days for delivery.
We will dispatch all stock item orders from our store within 1-2 days (Monday to Friday only). Delivery should be no more than 2-4 working days, possibly an extra day for Rural.
We will use a courier with a tracking number for your order. If a signature is received from your address then it is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.
If you have a rural address, a signature is not required for delivery.
We can include delivery to Post Office boxes should this be preferred.
- A Courier Post fee of $7.50 applies to all orders under NZ $150.
We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within New Zealand over $149.90
This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Our postal / courier service covers packaging, shipping and insurance, plus track and trace.

Refunds and Exchanges
Our New Zealand orders have 14 days to return or exchange items.
Items can be returned for your choice of either an exchange or a store credit.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend you send your parcel on a tracked service and obtain a copy of your return tracking information as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with ALL tags attached.
- Not damaged or altered eg stained by fake tan or makeup and do not smell of cosmetics, tobacco, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and or/other products.
We will refuse returns of items where it's evident that the above conditions have not been met.
Please advise us as soon as possible should you wish to exchange an item to enable us to ensure it is available for you. As we have many items on special reduced pricing we cannot guarantee the item you are wanting to exchange is in stock or will be available once your return has finally arrived at our store.
All exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser at their cost. We do not cover postage for exchanges.
INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEM:
Occasionally there may be an issue or fault with your item - we check all product before it is despatched but if you have an issue please let us know immediately so we can rectify the problem for you.
If your item has been deemed incorrect or faulty, we will refund you in full, replace or exchange the goods and reimburse you for all postage charges.
Shipping to Australia
We offer two different ways to ship your goods, International Air Post and International Courier. Both services are operated through New Zealand Post.
International Courier is a faster service that can be fully tracked by you, but does cost more. Please ask if you would like a quote for this option.
For all international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country's authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country.

Unfortunately standard international shipping does not include tracking facilities so either international courier charges will apply, or parcel delivery will be at your own risk.
We have no control over delivery timeframes for other countries but would expect items to arrive with 10-20 working days.
